  • Pre-school classes - generally for the under 3's, where parent/carer and child work together under the guidance of a fully qualified coach
  • Pre-school structured classes - for children under 5 who are confident enough to work without a parent/carer, in small classes, instructed by our qualified early years coaches
  • Interim classes - for children under 5 who have started school, progressive classes to ease children into our after school classes
  • Grades classes - for any child over 5, these progressive classes lead children through esprit's grading system, learning new skills and collecting badges and certificates to show their many achievements
  • Display Team - regular open auditions are held for children who wish to participate in regular displays and gymnaestradas. If selected a child must commit to working as a team, with a minimum 80% attendance required and a committment to travel to displays throughout the UK
  • Development squads - children who show a particular aptitude for a gymnastic discipline may be asked to join a development squad. These squads are used to monitor a gymnasts progress and attitude only and are no guarantee that they will eventually join an elite squad. It will however enable our coaches to recommend a particular pathway should one become evident, even if that sport is not gymnastics.
  • Artistic, Rhythmic and Trampoline Squads - These various squads are strictly by invitation only and are only for the most committed and dedicated. Commitment to high level gymnastics should not be taken lightly, with 90% attendance required. High leve gymnasts need a great deal of support from everyone involved and requires considerable hard work, determination and sacrifice (and that's just the parents).
