Trampoline Gymnast, Georgia Clements gives Esprit a new milestone

Swindon Trampoline gymnast, Georgia Clements, who trains at the Esprit Academy in Stratton has just achieved a new milestone for the club, by becoming the first in the club to achieve the coveted Level 2, national status. An exceptional achievement for the 12 year old who has been at Esprit since it opened in 2004.

Senior coach Sarah Hunt, of top club Evolution, who runs Georgia’s classes at Esprit, said, “Georgia has only been involved in trampoline for a relatively short time. Previously an artistic gymnast, her Esprit’s coaches identified her obvious talent for trampoline and asked me to coach her and some of the clubs other gymnasts.

This proved to be a great success and Georgia has developed exceptionally well in trampoline, winning medals at many competitions”.

“She now has the opportunity to compete Nationally at level 2 and with a lot of hard work continue to develop towards the coveted level 1 status”, she concluded.
