Swindon business of the year nomination for Esprit

Esprit Academy’s were never originally conceived as a business, but simply as a way of giving children a brighter future. The motivation wasn’t money it was childhood obesity, it was being afraid to let children play in the street, the lack of sport in schools, not being able to find safe, effective and child friendly environments, it was seeing countless potential young sports stars with nowhere to demonstrate their talents. It was having the power to make a difference then seizing the opportunity to do so.

Armed with a business plan and a team of dedicated staff who would and have, worked for nothing, the principals opened Swindon’s first Sports Academy dedicated to developing future Commonwealth, World and Olympic Champions.

This very first Esprit Academy has just completed its first year in business and is already outperforming all predictions. Concentrating on all forms of gymnastics including Artistic, Rhythmic, Trampoline, & Tumbling, Esprit has already shown the sporting world the exceptional level of young talent Swindon has, with many competition successes including its first National Champion, 8 year old Laura Halford, one of Swindon’s brightest hopes for sporting glory.

Esprit believes all Children are Champions and no matter how seriously they take their sport they deserve the very best opportunities we can give them. But that’s not the end of the story there are many more Esprit Academy’s already in planning.
