Esprit is always looking for new coaches and we currently have positions for both volunteers and paid coaching staff in both our general gymnastic, trampoline and pre-school departments.

Esprit has, in only a few short years, become one of the most successful multi-disciplined gymnastics clubs in the country. As a not-for-profit sports club, it dedicated all of its resources at producing the highest quality coaches, who in turn produce the highest quality gymnasts. Trampoline & Gymnastic coaching staff
If you have a club coach, assistant coach or senior club coach certificate and are looking for a position, part-time evening and weekends from 4 hours to 25 hours per week then please contact us by e-mail or telephone 01793 822262. Salaries paid depending on age and qualifications. Only the most dedicated and passionate about gymnastics and trampoline need apply.

Junior coaches
Do you want to get involved in gymnastics and trampoline? were looking to employ anyone who shares our passion for attention to detail and getting the basics absolutely right. It doesn't matter what your age is or if you have no qualification, all we want is for you to want the same as us. We'll do the rest, we'll pay for all your training and recognised qualifications. So if you want to be the best, join the best!

Pre-school
Do you have any experience working with young children? Do you want to help give children the very best start in life? Do you want to obtain a nationally recognised coaching award? If so, contact us about pre-school gymnastics and have a chat about our philosophy towards children and sport.

Volunteers
Volunteer coaches are always welcome to assist in classes, where the very best training is provided and recognised qualifications can be obtained via British Gymnastics. Committed volunteers can claim a travel allowance of 30p per mile when commuting within a reasonable distance.

Friends of Esprit
Esprit has an established and effective fund raising committee that operates independently from the gymnastics club and raises funds for equipment to be used by all members of Esprit. The committee is made up of parents of gymnasts and volunteers who wish to see the club succeed, they are always looking for new recruits and ideas for future events and would be happy to talk to anyone interested in joining.
